Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Because of the nature of the equipment we sell, we regret to inform you that all sales are final.  Many of our products are custom-built and have large numbers of components (such as tool sets) that are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun.  In other cases they contain materials which require a documented chain of custody.  Unfortunately, for these reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges.  The products we carry are in most cases covered by the manufacturers' respective warranties.  We will facilitate the replacement of defective merchandise with the manufacturer on your behalf.  We are very knowledgeable regarding the equipment we sell; if you have any questions please contact us prior to placing your order.  Additionally, if you have questions regarding your equipment after you've received it, please contact us as well.  If extenuating circumstances prevail and a return is granted, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  A full refund on back-ordered items is granted if we are unable to ship an order within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping

We can ship to any United States address, and selected international locations -- depending on the nature of the equipment you are purchaseing.  Many items that have lithium batteries may not be shipped by air, and some kits have HAZMAT components that may not be shipped outside the Continental U.S. (they must ship by ground only). Note that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or APO/FPO.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  Our discounted  shipping only applies to the continental United States and due to the frieght charges associated with orders to non-CONUS addresses we may need to request additional funds for freight. We will contact you directly with that request.
