ECWCS Gen 3 Level 3 green fleece jacket.  Fielded in the 2006 timeframe and intended for wear with the original Army Combat Uniform (ACU) in Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP).

The Foliage Green fleece jacket has 36 NSNs, all of which fall under LIN J21883.  It was superseded by the tan fleece jacket with LIN E95281 during the switch to MultiCam and OCP.
