Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH), X-LARGE, with X-Harness, NSN 8470-01-523-0075

Standard ACH as issued to hundreds of thousands of Soldiers in peacetime and combat since 2004.

Helmet comes with a pre-drilled hole for an NVG mounting plate, an X-Harness retention system, and a set of 3/4" foam pads.  It does NOT come with the NVG mount plate, or with a camouflage (ACU-Pattern, MultiCam, etc) fabric cover.  Those items should be purchased separately.  Helmet shell is foliage green in color.
