Product Description
The OSL™ Oversized Litter Back Rest from North American Rescue is designed to give Tactical Healthcare Professionals options for the care of larger patients. With this accessory, the casualty on the OSL™ Litter can be placed at either a 90° or 45° angle in response to treatment requirements or for greater patient comfort.
For reliability, the litter backrest is covered in an extremely durable Nomex/Kevlar-blend fabric. For assembly, the unit attaches quickly and securely to the 2 in. poles of the OSL™ litter system.
