Tactical trainers

I have used the shoes and find them very comfortable, extremely lightweight I am on concrete most of my work day and my feet feel better now having these shoes. I had an issue with this company, the shoes were on back order but I was not informed about this. I waited almost 2 weeks before I contacted ‘The Army Store’ it took a couple of minutes for them to find the issue. But then I was not updated as to the shipment of the product. I called a second time and was informed that the product had indeed shipped out and was then given a tracking number. The people are very helpful and friendly but the company needs to work on communicating backorder and shipment times to the customers a lot better. I will order from them again they have good people and good product.
